1. About WeOutOut

WeOutOut (“the Service”) is a free online platform that aggregates food and drink deals from venues across Manchester, United Kingdom. It is operated by WeOutOut (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using WeOutOut you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over. Some deals may relate to alcohol or age-restricted venues — you are responsible for complying with applicable age restrictions when redeeming deals.

3. Accuracy of deal information

We source deals automatically from venue websites, emails, and social media. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that every deal is current, correctly described, or available at the time of redemption.

Deal availability, pricing, and terms are set entirely by the individual venues. We are not party to any transaction between you and a venue. Always confirm deal details directly with the venue before visiting.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Scrape, copy, or republish deal data from WeOutOut without our written permission.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or access controls.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service at scale.
• Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual property

All content on WeOutOut — including the logo, design, and original copy — is owned by or licensed to us. Deal descriptions sourced from venues remain the property of the respective venues. You may not reproduce or distribute our original content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be free from errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or from reliance on deal information displayed on it.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Venue promotions and advertising

Some venues may pay to have their deals promoted (“Promoted” label). Promoted deals are clearly marked. Promotion does not imply endorsement of the venue or its services.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
