How to read this collection

Evidence first, famous names second

Documented and reported visits are supported by venue material or established reporting. Recommendations come from named interviews or indexes, while creator features link to the original post, review or video.

The venue status is checked separately from the historical claim. That means an old photograph or video can remain useful evidence while the listing tells you to confirm the restaurant is still open before travelling.

This list is not the full picture. A famous visit only lands here if somebody published something we can link to. Most nights out never get written up, so a venue with no entry is not a venue nobody famous has been to. It is a venue we could not evidence.

Have all the famous people listed eaten at these restaurants?

No. Each record is clearly labelled as a documented visit, reported visit, recommendation, creator feature or hosted event. Recommendations and event appearances are not presented as restaurant visits.

Where does the information come from?

Every record links to its evidence. We prioritise official venue pages, original creator posts and videos, established publishers and official podcast indexes. A source link lets you inspect the claim yourself.

Are these celebrity endorsements?

No. A visit, recommendation, review or creator video does not mean the person endorses WeOutOut or currently endorses the venue.

How often is the collection checked?

Every venue record carries a last-checked date. A venue marked checked open automatically changes to check venue first after 120 days without a fresh status review.
